Friday 25th May 2018
Dear Parents
This week we have had lots of fun learning about liquids changing to solids through freezing. We learnt about making predictions - guessing what would freeze. We then looked at the liquids had been frozen. The Jolly phonics song ng was very popular this week too.
We did not go swimming today. The weather was threatening and a number of the children have coughs and sniffly noses. I hope that the weather will be better for us next week and we can go swimming.
On Tuesday 29th May the school will be closed for Visaka Bucha Day.
On Wednesday 30th May between 8am - 9am we will have our KS Learning Journal open morning. You are welcome to come in and watch our morning circle time. After this there will be time for you to share with your child their Learning Journal. I do understand that some of you will have work. If you are unable to attend on the day, I will send home their Learning Journals and ask that you return them by the following Friday.
Please see below the review and preview for the week.
Have a lovely weekend
