End of Week 5

Friday 29^th September

Dear Parents,

This week has been a fun week. We have been learning about the letter Ii and the sound it makes along with rescuing toy insects from ice and counting! We have also been looking at similarities and differences again such as boy and girl, the length of our hair and eye colour.

Next week is book week. We will be using the story of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory for our fun learning activities. We will also have some opportunities for other adults and children to share a story with the class. If you would like to get involved and read a story of your choice please let me know. The story doesn’t have to be in English.

On Friday 6^th October we have the opportunity to dress up as your favourite book character and at 2pm you are most welcome to join us for our class party. We would ask you to send in a snack that you would like your child to share with their friends.
