Parents
Thank
you so much for joining us on our trip to Snowtown. The trip has given us lots
to speak about this week in class. The children have spoken about how much fun
they had, so thank you for helping us make it possible. Here are a few pictures
that we took of the trip. As I’m sure you are aware the lightening there did
not help with creating awesome pictures. There will be a few of the best ones
put on the school Facebook page otherwise here is the link to the rest.
Also
thank you to the parents who attended our Learning Journals conferences this
week. To those who were unable to make it I will be in touch with you next
week.
This
week we have been learning about the sound the letter Mm makes and the number
10. Next week we will be learning about the sound the letter Dd makes and
reviewing our counting to 10. We will also continue with our practice for the
Christmas show and our dance ‘The Happiest Little Christmas Tree’
A
few reminders. Please can your provide a gift wrapped book for your child with
their name written on it if you haven’t already done so. Please do this no
later than 8th December. The gift will be given to your child after
the Christmas concert on Thursday 14th December. Please keep this a
secret.
Next
week the school will be closed on Tuesday.
Our
Christmas show will be on Thursday 14th December. We are hard at
work practicing and look forward to seeing you there.
